Fuel the Enduring Athlete Inside Of You And Supercharge Performance For Life

You’re an athlete, and you always will be.

You have a competitive spirit that drives you to push yourself beyond where you thought possible.

It’s in your blood—or maybe it’s just the thrill of competition itself.

Whatever the case may be, there’s something about pushing the limits of your performance that makes all of your senses come alive.

But you’re not competing for medals anymore.

And spending all day in the gym, no matter how much you enjoy throwing weights around, just isn’t going to happen.

You’ve got other priorities that are center stage in your life.

Maybe that’s a full-time job, a degree or your family.

Either way, you’re chasing a lifestyle that doesn’t sacrifice relationships, career growth, and feeling awesome.

But there’s something nagging inside of you.

A part of you that isn’t content to settle for average.

And that includes how you perform in the gym.

While the elite of the elite do have to sacrifice life outside of the gym to reach peak performance…

There is a middle ground that includes crushing life AND performing at your best.

With the right guidance you can fuel the enduring athlete inside of you without sacrificing enjoying your life…

You need something that will make you feel like the competitor you are.

Minus the aches, pain and energy drain that come with the pro athlete lifestyle.

Training that can quench your thirst for competition without compromising your health or fitness.

The gym is your happy place—somewhere to unplug and recharge so you’re ready to tackle life.

These days, you want your workouts to build you up, not leave you burnt out and beat up.

You know you can’t chase the pain cave every day and show up for the rest of your life.

But you still want the thrill and challenge of chasing new skills, testing your limits and seeing your performance skyrocket…

YOU’VE SWAPPED COMPETITION FLOOR FOR THE ARENA OF LIFE, BUT CHASING PERFORMANCE DOESN’T HAVE TO END.

You want to train like the athlete you are—and feel like it too.

But the middle ground can be a tough place to be.

The problem with most training programs is they're either too easy or they push you too hard.

Your run of the mill bootcamp or fitness class might make you sweat, but it doesn’t satisfy your desire for growth and progression.

You still want to feel like a badass and play with gymnastics and weightlifting, but do it in a way that keeps you safe and healthy.

And the competition-focused template includes the skills you love, but it doesn’t seem to care that you don’t have 4 hours a day to dedicate to working out.

(Plus, your joints just can’t take the more-is-better approach anymore.)

You’re an athlete at heart, but you’ve got a life outside of the gym to live too.

You need training that complements and supports your lifestyle—not consumes it.

IGNITE YOUR COMPETITIVE SPIRIT, MINUS THE ATHLETE BURNOUT.

You want something that will challenge you to get better, but not leave you lying on the floor.

You want a workout program that’s fun and engaging, but also forces you to dig deep and push past your limits.

You need to know that you’re constantly chipping away at becoming a better version of yourself, because even if you’re not going head to head with others, you’re committed to constantly uplevelling your own gains.

But just as importantly, you want to stay healthy, fresh, and inspired so you can bring the excitement you have for training to everything else you do.

Your programming has to be designed to gradually increase intensity and difficulty, so you see the progress that lights you up while minimizing the risk of injury.

And most importantly, your training schedule needs to be sustainable and fit your lifestyle.

You don't need to spend hours in the gym every day to see results.

Quality has to exceed quantity.

There’s no better way to strike this balance, than by benefiting from the guidance of someone who’s been there, done that themselves…

Meet Your Coach: Colleen Fotsch

Colleen is an elite athlete in multiple sports and an all around bad-ass human.

She started out as a 5-time All-American swimmer at UC Berkeley, where her team won multiple NCAA D1 championships.

After college, Colleen poured her heart into a new sport–CrossFit. She went on to compete at the CrossFit Games as both an individual athlete and in the team division.

In 2020, Colleen was recruited to join the National USA Bobsled Team and added yet another impressive adventure to her athletic resumé.

Although she’s now retired from competitive athletics, she maintains her badassery as a full-time data analyst putting in hours in the office while still training hard and enjoying life.

While pursuing her masters degree, Colleen developed a passion for helping people balance effective training with all of the other facets of life–work, school, family, and friends.

Colleen has taken her knowledge and experience competing at the highest level to develop Perform.

With Perform you’ll craft performance for life outside the arena.

Your competition days may be over, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t train and feel like the athlete you are.

Under the guidance of former CrossFit Games athlete Colleen Fotsch, you’ll fuel the enduring athlete inside of you.

Answers to your questions

I’ve been training for years with a ton of experience in functional fitness, is this too basic for me?

No.

Perform meets you where you’re at and sets goals for you to progress in all areas of functional fitness and overall health.

So even if you’ve been hammering it for years and competed in events you will still find yourself doing challenging, rewarding workouts that deliver PR’s across the board.

I want to look good as well as perform at my best? Will this program help with aesthetic goals?

Yes. While the overarching goal of the program is to help you maximize your performance and feel great, if you stay consistent (and align your nutrition and lifestyle with your training), expect to see some great body comp benefits.

How much coaching is involved in the program?

This is a group program with no individualized coaching.

You do get support, guidance, and feedback from your coach but it’s not on the same level as our individual design clients.

What happens if I don’t enjoy the program and want to cancel?

You can cancel any time you like.

We’ll be sad to see you go but we won’t make it hard for you to leave.

If any of the following appeals to you…

Striking the perfect balance of performing, feeling great, and looking good.

Maintaining athleticism even after your competition days.

Staying well-rounded and focused in the gym, while having the energy and focus needed to excel at life.

Training in a way that challenges you to grow, but doesn’t burn you out.
