Answers to your questions

I’m an advanced lifter with a ton of experience in functional fitness, is this too basic for me?

No.

Function meets you where you’re at and sets goals for you to progress in all areas of functional fitness and overall health.

So even if you’ve been hammering it for years and competed in events you will still find yourself doing challenging, rewarding workouts that deliver results across the board.

I play a sport, can I fit this in around it?

Yes.

This isn’t a “sports specific” program but the functional nature of it will have a high degree of transfer to the majority of sports.

How much coaching is involved in the program?

This is a group program with no individualized coaching.

You do get support, guidance, and feedback from your coach but it’s not on the same level as our Coaching online clients.

What happens if I don’t enjoy the program and want to cancel?

You can cancel any time you like.

We’ll be sad to see you go but we won’t make it hard for you to leave.
